Recently, Thenmaradchi Cricket Academy (TCA) received an official request from KN/Kariyalai Nagapaduvan No.02 G.T.M. School seeking professional cricket coaching ahead of the District Cricket Competition. What made this invitation truly special was that it came through one of our former TCA players, who now serves as the school's Physical Training (PT) Master.
The request was more than a call for coaching—it was a testament to the trust, values, and quality that TCA has built over the years.
Having experienced the TCA training environment firsthand, our former player knew exactly where to turn when his students needed expert guidance. His confidence in TCA reflects the lasting impact our academy has on every player who walks through our gates.
At TCA, we believe that our responsibility extends beyond teaching cricket techniques. We develop disciplined athletes, confident individuals, and future leaders who carry the TCA spirit wherever life takes them.
In response to the school's request, our coaching team conducted a dedicated cricket training camp designed to prepare the students for their upcoming district tournament.
Throughout the camp, the students displayed remarkable enthusiasm, determination, and a willingness to learn—qualities that inspire us as coaches.
For us, this wasn't simply another coaching assignment.
It was a proud moment that brought together two generations of the TCA family—one returning as an educator and mentor, and another beginning their own cricket journey.
This experience reminds us that the true success of an academy is not measured only by trophies but by the people it shapes.
