Membership Validity
Membership is valid for one calendar year from the date of registration. An annual membership fee is required to maintain active status.

Renewal
Membership renewal must be completed on or before the expiry date each year. Members who fail to renew within the specified period may have their membership temporarily suspended.
Fee Policy
Annual fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment methods and exact fee amounts will be communicated by TCA and may be revised with prior notice.
